Conference delegates can take advantage of special rates at the following Hotels:

Registrations can be shared with up to 2 people per day (max 4 people over 2 days). Notification of registration sharing must be made to firstname.lastname@example.org and an administration fee of $100 is applicable per additional delegate added to the registration. You will need to hand your badge into the registration desk for the next delegate to collect prior to admittance into the conference. Security will be present checking badges and appropriate tickets.

When you arrive at the Hilton, please proceed to the Registration Desk located on Level 3. You will be given your conference lanyard and your name badge that will be required for entry to all areas of the Conference.
Cloakroom facilities are available onsite however we recommend that you leave any luggage with your hotel concierge.

All sessions will be recorded during the Conference and will be made available on line, following the Conference. Delegates will be sent a link to the session recordings.

As part of your Conference registration you were required to select whether or not you would be attending the dinner. If you are unsure of your selection, please check your Conference Registration Confirmation Email.

Seating at the Conference Gala Dinner will be allocated in advance. Please check the seating plans on arrival at the venue.
Walk: Dockside Pavilion, Darling Harbour is 700m from the Hilton so is walking distance and should take approx. 10 mins. Click here for a map.
Taxi: Alternatively you can take a taxi from the taxi rank underneath the Hilton. Whilst it is a short distance, please allow for peak-hour traffic which may take up to 15-20 mins.
All cancellations and/or amendments must be made in writing to email@example.com. A substitute delegate may attend in your place by prior arrangement where deemed appropriate. However, if a member wishes to substitute a non-member in their place the full fee will be payable. Note that if you do not cancel and do not attend, you are responsible for payment.
- Before 30 June 2015: Full refund less $25 administration fee.
- Between 1 July 2015 and 13 September 2015: 50% of the fee will be payable when cancellation occurs prior to 13 September 2015.
- From 14 September 2015: No refund. 100% of the fee will be payable for cancellations received after 14 September 2015. Application for refund under special circumstances will be considered – firstname.lastname@example.org
